HANDMADE COTTON CUSHIONS
Price: £1.20 each plus VAT
We have over 500 unique hand made cotton cushions. All soft colours, florals and cheques. The cushions are regularly hired with our wooden folding chairs.
MILK CHURNS
Price: £20 each plus VAT
Always a popular hire, often used either side of the entrance to a marquee. The churns stand at 2’ high and the diameter at the top of the churns is 8”. An easy way to make a simple display is to use a plant in an 8’ flower pot.
HAND MADE COTTON BUNTING
Price: £2 per metre plus VAT
We have many varieties of handmade cotton bunting. Bunting is priced individually for each marquee.
Red, white and blue / Vintage florals / ‘Best bunting’ (just a name!!) / Multicolour bunting / Vintage bunting / Just Married bunting (£7) / Double sided paisley bunting / Tash’s bunting (Tash made it!)
BLACKBOARDS
Price: £5 – £15 each plus VAT
We have a variety of blackboard signs. Several are free standing ones that are about 4’ high. We have three A frame double sided black boards. There are various sized smaller blackboards with decorative painted wooden frames, and large plainer ones that stand on an easel.
WALKWAY
Price: £125 plus VAT
Our PVC walkway is 2m x 6m and can be divided into 2m sections so it can either be 6m, 4m or 2m. it is great as a link between structures, or can be used as a stand alone shelter. Any of the side panels can be removed if necessary.
MARKET STALL
Price: £90 each plus VAT
Our two Market Stalls are approximately 8’ long x 4’ deep. Purpose built for Vintage Marquees, they are very popular to use as bars or serving areas. Price includes 6’ trestle table.
HEATER
Price: £250 each inc. fuel plus VAT
Vintage Marquees have two heaters for hire! We supply the heater full of fuel and it will run for 11 hours.

FIRE BASKETS & FIRE PITS
Price: Fire Baskets £25 / Fire Pits £45 each plus VAT
We have two fire baskets that stand about 2’ high.
They are supplied with a base plate which sits under the basket to collect the ash.
Our beautiful fire pits are approximately 3’ in diameter and the top of the bowl is about 2’ high.
FESTOON LIGHTS
Price: 20m £100 / 30m £150 / 50m £250 plus VAT
Our festoon lights come in 20′, 30′ or 50′ lengths. They can be connected together to make longer lengths if needed. We supply our festoons with 8′ wrought iron crooks. (enough to space at approximately 8′ intervals along the run). This includes providing the tall crooks and hanging and dismantling the lights. The festoons have out door cabling and safety connections. £5 per metre.
EASEL & FRAME
Price: £18 plus VAT
Popular for table plans, our hessian-backed decorative frame comes complete with standing easel.
WOOLLEN RUGS
Price: £5 each plus VAT
We have 40 lovely real wool rugs for hire.
RUG BASKET
Price: £8 plus VAT
Keep our basket of rugs ready for that chilly evening weather! The basket holds 10-12 of our lovely woollen blankets.
WROUGHT IRON COAT RAIL
Price: £45 plus VAT
Our wrought iron coat rail comes comes with wooden coat hangers and can hold at least 20 coats and jackets.
WROUGHT IRON ARCHWAY
Price: £70 inc. erection plus VAT
Our wrought iron archway is about 8’ high, 4’ wide and 18” deep. Popular to use as a wedding arch and it also looks lovely as an entrance way to a marquee.

Flags are very popular now, with festival theme parties and weddings.
WINE RACK
Price: £45 plus VAT
We made our bespoke wine rack from a beautiful old distressed tongue and groove door. This is a freestanding piece of furniture that is a stunning asset to the bar area. It will hold 32 bottles of wine.
DECKCHAIRS
Price: £10 each plus VAT
Our wooden deckchairs have blue and white or red and white stripes.
CAKE TABLE
Price: £25 each plus VAT
Our cake tables are approximately 2’ in diameter and 2’6” high. We hire them with a vintage cotton and lace table cloth. Hire price includes the table and cloth together.
AMP
Price: £60 plus VAT
Essentially this PA is a speaker with a built-in amplifier that can run from mains electricity. This system can also be used to play background music during an event from an iPod, Mobile Phone or portable device. The system is supplied with 2 handheld wireless microphones and has a built in MP3 / USB/SD card media player.

LEMONADE/ COFFEE/ PIMMS BAR

We have made two stand alone bars with movable signs and shelves at the back. These bars are used for tea and cakes, Pimms, as a cider bar and more! Great for guests to help themselves to a drink. If you think of something I haven’t painted a sign for, just ask.
BISTRO SET
Price: £35 each plus VAT
We have six bistro sets. Each consists of two lightweight metal framed chairs with wooden struts, and one small round matching table.
HORSE BOX PHOTO BOOTH
Price: £300 plus VAT & delivery
Another exciting horse box conversion. Our photo booth has been converted to look and feel like a vintage lounge. The pine blanket box is full of hats, feather boas, glasses, piles of wigs, and face masks.
The vintage wall lamps light the old oak mirror so you can check out your mad outfit before posing for photos! You can choose to either let your guests use their phones and take their own photos, or we can offer the services of a professional photographer. The charge for this is about £100.00 and that price includes editing the photos and sending you a memory stick or disk with the images.
MATTING WALKWAY

Create a walkway to your marquee. Our coir matting is 1.8m wide, just tell us how much you need. Hire price per running metre
CATERING TENT

Our versatile PVC Chinese hat marquee is a popular option for catering purposes. Hire price includes lights, tables & hard flooring so your mobile kitchen is set up by our team and ready for action!
GALVANISED BATHS AND BUCKETS
Price: Buckets £5 / Baths £10 each plus VAT
Vintage Marquees has a large selection of galvanised baths and buckets. These are very popular to use as ice buckets and baths to store beer and wine in. Also used for empties and as rustic containers for plants and flowers.
GIANT BEAN BAGS

We have our own Vintage Marquees giant beanbags!
Two green and one grey, super comfy and ideal for accessorising a children’s area or creating a chill corner in your marquee.
BARREL TABLES

We have two lovely old oak barrels which are very popular for hire as poseur bar tables. The dimensions are 35” high x 22”.
Glass table number frames
Price: £5 each plus VAT
Our beautiful frames stand 15cm high and are 10cm wide. Your table signs or numbers are sandwiched between the hinged glass frames which slot into the metal base. The base and frame are a burnished bronze colour. The inside frame measurement is 14.5cm x 9.5cm
